Sky Pillar: Early Dungeon Raid

[Candescence]

A portal opened at the entrance to the tower, tossing out several people, and mons...


He got up, with a sigh... Then realised that this was not Hypnos. "What the...?"


He looked up, in shock. "This... This is the Sky Pillar!"


"No, that can't be possible, surely. We can't get to Pokearth via Digi-Port!"


"Or maybe... The gem did it..."


"Yep, definately the gem."


"Um... I wasn't planning on coming along..."


"You'll be fine, Dojima-san. We'll make sure you are safe."


"Yep, Kote and I will guard you with our lives!"


"I guess we've got no choice... We're going in."

"Alright! We're going on an adventure!"



"Well, it's more like spelunking, really. Somehow, this is a strange case of deja vu, isn't it?" With a nod, Chie went on ahead of the others. "Come on!"

[Candescence]

"Hey, wait up, Chie!" He ran after her. "Seriously, bad things happen when you run off on your own!"


"Let's goooo~!"


"Alright... I'm gonna catch Rayquaza! It's now or never!" He ran after them.


"HEY! We're supposed to be the leaders, here!" They ran after them as well.


They decided they'd rather not be left behind, and dashed after the others.

With a cheer, Kotemon ran after the group.



With an eager smile, Chie kept ahead of the others. "...alright! Keep it up!" she called to the others behind her.

Up the pillar...

Strange chatter echoed under the howling winds...

As they went, Emerald blinked. "I think... I think I can sense Rayquaza! He's at the top!"


"Completely expected. Keep your eyes out for wild Pokemon, everyone!"


"That shouldn't be much trouble..."

"Right; we'll get through with no problems!" Chie chuckled. "Bring 'em on!"

However, they quickly hit what was basically a roadblock. In short, a large door. Near it, was a smaller tunnel, large enough for a child to enter in, but was blocked by another door, and large chain.


"Hmm..." Falcomon rubbed his chin. "How're we supposed to get through here?"


He carefully pulled on the chain, and the door to the smaller tunnel opened. The moment he let go, the door closed. "I see... Emerald, how many people have actually cleared this tower?"


"Very few, if any."


"It's not supposed to be a one-man effort..." He noted. "That chain seems to be light enough for an adult to pull, but the tunnel itself would need to be entered by a child to open the larger door from the other side. The only one among us who can clear the tunnels is..."


"I guess we gotta work together. Okay..." He helped Dojima grab the chain, and pull. "Okay, Emerald, get through!"


He nodded, and started crawling through the tunnel. When he reached the other side, he found a switch, which opened the door.


"Nice work!"


"Looks like we'll need to do more than just fight wild Pokemon..."

"I'm sure we can get through without any problems." Chie said with a smile, heading through the open door as well. "Now come on; we're getting there!"

Once again, that chattered echoed...

Hearing that, Chie stopped, blinking a little. "...whuh?"

"Ooh, ghosts? Do they wanna play?"

[Candescence]

"That... Didn't sound like a Pokemon."


"Get ready, the enemy is almost upon us!"


He grabbed one of his Pokeballs, cautious...

"Oh really? Well, what would you know..." The voice giggled... purple mist gathered around, and around until it formed...

A giant black ball with fangs and a purple mist swirling around. "After all, maybe I'm just hot air! Right boys?" From the darkness, even more chatter and laughing.

"...wow! It was a ghost! I was right!" Kotemon laughed.



Chie, however, was not as amused. "...what." she uttered; dumbfounded by the pun.

[Candescence]

"Wait a minute, why the hell can we understand you?"


"It doesn't matter." He tossed a Pokeball up and down, clearly unimpressed. "Out of our way, or we'll make you move."


"Yeah. What he said." Also, that was a terrible pun...

[Alien-Child]

"Oh, now that's very rude! You come into our home, while we mind our own business and then you come running in freeloading, thinking you can just charge through and not even say hi and order us around?! Hell, you could even have said please! Well just for that..." Suddenly the group will notice all doors, holes and windows in the tower have vanished, replaced by the solid stone walls. They sealed tight, the only light coming from the small lit candles. "As a matter of fact... I have some new friends who might be dying to met you all."

Some of the dark beings growled as ghostly digimon crawled out, snarling.


"We might think you can join us like the other humans who have... why don't you fellas say come and say hi?"

From the dead bones all around the room, glows rose from them...

"...ooh, so many ghosts!" Kotemon laughed. "Now we can play!"



At the sight of the many undead, understandably, Chie winced out of shock. "Sheesh, they're everywhere!" she said, quickly looking at Souji. "And we're trapped in here, too!"

"I came for Rayquaza, not you!" Emerald declared, as he called out... "Sceptile! Sudowoodo! Mantine! I choose you!"

They all appeared in a flash of red light...


"Sceptile, use Leaf Blade on Ghastly! Sudowoodo, Mantine, use Rock Slide and Hydro Pump on the ghost Digimon!"


He rushed towards Ghastly, slashing at him...

"Kotemon, digivolve to..."

And digivolved. "Peckmon!" He charged towards Raremon, assaulting it with multitudes of pecks...

Some of the ghost flew to a corner and pulled out violins, guitars and other intruments formed out of their ectoplasm. Some even sang a choir.

While some of the others flew before Gaslty and Sceptile... his leaf blades only slice through their mist... however they were real ghost, and not a ghost pokemon, and started reassembling.
Three more that weren't attack however avenged their comrade and struck Sceptile.

The little ninja managed to do damaged, however the mummy looked down and fired straight at her head.

"Now boys... so moon-boy here wants to see Rayquaze, huh?" The spirit laughed, "Well alright..."

Suddenly appearing from the darkness... was the long green serpent dragon himself!




"The legendary titan of the sky! But look who else is here..."

Across the room, several pokemon have appeared, though wrapped in darkness.. they were...


Palkia...


Dialga...


Giratina...

However... deep in the darkness, only the feet and glowing eyes could be make out, were two other large pokemon.


"What a party we have, huh? Pokemon have secrets you know... we tell each other lots of stories of other pokemon we have heard... even some fan stuff. Here's a though... what if all these mighty beings combine?" Suddenly, every single Legendary pokemon glowed as they became sparkles and gathered together... after a single glow, this new being growled down at Emerald and his friends...
