Like with Jenny and Lovrina, I oughta do this; I have an idea I'd like to implement with her later on...
Mon:
Ho-Oh
Nicknames:
Lady Ho-Oh
Species:
Rainbow Pokémon
Type:
Fire/Flying
Alignment:
Brainwashed Good
Partner:
N/A
Abilities:
Sacred Fire: Increases Power by 5 points. If hit, roll a 5-sided die. If you get a 3 or lower, you're burned.
Recovery: Restores HP by half of total HP. This can only be used thrice per thread.
Brave Bird: Increase Power by 5 points. The user takes recoil damage equal to a third of the damage the opponent took.
Sunny Day: For five turns, Solar Beam doesn't need to be charged, Water-attacks are halved, and all Fire-attacks are raised by 5 points.
Weaknesses:
Water and Electric types are major weaknesses, though her true bane lies with Rock-types.
Dice Stat:
HP: 80
Power: 25
Speed: 17
Defense: 15
S. Attack: 1
S. Defense: 18
Personality:
For the most part, Ho-Oh is a gentle, passive and wise soul, who looks upon those who come to seek her advice with a friendly attitude. Her kindness stretches the most to her 'children', the Legendary Trio of Beasts, along with Lugia and his Legendary Trio of Birds.
If properly enraged, however, Ho-Oh will abandon all sense of kindness, and attack her foes with the searing might of her flames. So far, there have been none who could withstand the fires spawned from her rage.
Likes:
Lugia, the Legendary Beasts, soaring through the sky
Dislikes:
MarineDevimon, being restrained, seeing those she cares for be enslaved
Appearance:
History:
Once, the perch of Ho-Oh was the Bell Tower in Ecruteak, where she resided in harmony with the Brass Tower, where some speculated Lugia to be perched. However, a mysterious fire caused by a lightning bolt and stopped by a sudden downpour, managed to claim the Brass Tower, killing three Pokémon within it. Ho-Oh, feeling guilty for allowing this to happen, revived the three Pokémon as Entei, Raikou and Suicune, before the four vanished.
After giving the three beasts duties to abide by, Ho-Oh set out to find what she considered a pure-hearted trainer, once actually finding one in Red, but later rejecting him after a connection between him and Deoxys was made, corrupting his heart somewhat. While she isn't soaring through the skies in search of this pure trainer, she usually rests within the confines of Pokémon Island; her new home after she abandoned Bell Tower.
However, disaster struck the island. An evil Digimon called MarineDevimon created a serum which he injected the Rainbow Pokémon with, and after a brief fight, it became apparent what the serum was made for; a means to control the minds of Pokémon. After she succumbed, MarineDevimon implanted even more of the serum within her, intending to ensure that she could never break free from his control.
After being introduced to the Dark Masters, she was part of their scheme to stall for time in order to bring Pokémon Island to WaruSeadramon's hideout. She came across a few people, who managed to figure out that she was not herself; Silver, Sapphire, Lyra, Mesprit, and Giovanni, the latter who especially intrigued her, because of his ability to understand what she said via an Persian, along with him surviving her Sacred Fire attack. Regardless, the island was brought across dimensions, and Ho-Oh followed.
