Personality:
Weavile is the no-nonsense leader of the trio, and is the one who leads the group on their quests. She is fully aware of their reputation, but doesn't have anything against it; in fact, she enjoys the commotion her team causes just by passing by an area. In spite of that, she is level-headed, and sometimes cold, as she is the one who usually interrogates others for hints regarding treasure.
Drapion is the dumb muscle, one could say. While not out-right stupid, he is slower than the usual bunch, but ironically, is quick to do anything that Weavile orders him to do. Without her around, he is quick to jump to conclusions (again, ironic), without bothering to hear any second opinions on things.
Arbok is Weavile's right-hand mon, and is always prepared to execute Weavile's orders when she receives them. She always talks in a hissing motion, and has somewhat of a nasty streak when it comes to deal with anyone standing in their path.

History:
This trio of Pokémon is renowned for their apparent brutal behavior against other Rescue and Exploration Teams who stand in their way, with rumors abound that they've personally made some teams split apart. This is only half-way true; while their methods are of questionable morality, they'd never stoop to the level of brutalizing someone to the point of them wishing to quit... well, as long as Weavile is with them.
Once, the three encountered a Rescue Team named Team Charm, who remain steadfast in spite of Team AWD's reputation. Before Arbok and Drapion could attack them, however, Weavile stopped them, claiming that they were now officially enemies. They later encountered each other again in the Limestone Cavern, where AWD believed that Charm had taken the treasure there before them.
Before things could go to the point of both teams getting knocked out, Wigglytuff appeared, and revealed that both teams had been tricked by a Ditto, who wanted them to leave so they wouldn't claim the treasure within the cave; a Time Gear. Realizing the importance of the item, Weavile decided that they should leave, but not before she claimed that they would settle things with Team Charm at a later date.
After that, they heard tales of the famed Zero Isle, and desired to find a way to get there. However, even with their skill, the island proved too strong for them. With this in mind, the trio decided to attain more power, so they could take another shot at the Zero Isle, and claim the treasure residing within it.
