Just something I thought of, here we tell certain movies and shows we've seen, like reviewing them to each other. Include a trailer if possible and maybe even links to stream it.
Oblivion Island Haruka and the Magic Mirror
Nation: Japan
Media: Movie
Genre: Adventure, Fantasy, Family, CGI

I really did enjoy this movie. To be honest, I never thought of CGI movies lately, it lost its 'appeal' over time, considering all of them are 3D and it has to be very impressive the animation for me. Don't get me wrong, I'll still go for the plot, characters and movie. So there a few movies still 2D, like Princess and the Frog and The Simpsons and of course, anime movies. So far I can only recall 2 japanese CGI movies, this one and of course, Digimon: X-Evolution. There's possibly more...
Anyway, as for the movie. Its fun, adventurous and the graphics are amazing. As I said before, the CGI has to be really impressive for me these days and this is a good example. Its a about a girl who's mother died and she tries looking for this mirror from her childhood, she follows this strange creature to another world where all the forgotten things land. Really fun adventure too!

Now this movie was fun too, for those who are fans of Studio Ghibli films would too! And get this, it wasn't made by their company, yet it was complain this company use their style too much... I can see the colorful and wonderful characters and world, and the peaceful farm settings of Earth and another planet, plus besides that... I don't see what's wrong. Despite it, many have agreed it was a fun film. It deals with kids after helping an alien dog gets rewarded to have a tour of the moon and then outer space. It has a nice showing of a alien societies for most of the film, and does end in an epic way. Its that much a hard sci-fi setting, but a really creative one.
Here's a trailer from the company, though its really the first 23 minutes!
Young Justice
Nation:USA
Media: Animated Series
Genre: Adventure, Superhero, Action
I bet most of you have heard of this series, and it kicks ass! I really like how they portray the DC characters, even giving out of date and obscure villains some badass development, and reference to several heroes as they go along. But hey, its being made by Greg Weisman, and he knows how to make a superhero cartoon! Lets just hope he can go past 2 seasons and Disney won't screw him over this time
