I already have an idea for Cody and Crystal, when they face MegaSeadramon, Cody will find out he can, in a way, open Digi-Ports in poke-balls. He can turn them into Digi-Balls.
Digi-balls: Because regular Digi-Ports don't work in Pokearth, these Poke-balls that are able to capture Digimon. However, these poke-balls will only sent the captured Digimon back to the Digi World. The trainer cannot use the captured Digimon (At least for now).
The Digi-balls can only be created by a D3, and it'll have the same strength depending on the type of poke-ball it was created from. While the trainer cannot use the Digimon, the Digi-balls can create a program for their Poke-dex that'll save their data, just like how you get a Pokémon's data when you capture them in the game.

I remember those from your story (And the guy who made Digicross). Well, we can't have digimon go rampaging Pokearth to much, I guess this could be a good thing. I like the feature about trainers recording the digimon aswell.

I have an idea, it involves making a sub-group in the OOC boards, called Stadium Matches. It's where trainers, co-ordinators, tamers, chosen and etc can fight each other for fun.

i.imgur.com/ This site has a good picture of what some Pokemon could evolve into. They kind of clash with the art style but Pokemon evolving is a bad thing in this game so I think it could work. See if you like it. i.imgur.com/lCcyg.pngMost of the game seems to have been played on the Pokemon planets, so I was thinking 'M bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/M_%28Pok%C3%A9mon%29 could be an enemy that attacks a Digimon planet. 'M is found in the same place as Missingno, who someone is already playing as, but I had a different idea for 'M. Rather than one there could be a whole bunch of them. The backwards L shape they take could be their common form, like a champion or rookie digimon, depending on how strong they should be in game. They could then evolve into either Charizard 'M bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Charizard_%27M, Aerodactly 'M, Kabutops 'M, or Nidorino 'M bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Glitchy_Nidorino. They would be like champion or ultimate digimon, depending on how strong you want them to be. They could learn the moves of the Pokemon they mimic, as well as the moves the glitches are known for, like glitch Nidorino learning bone club. To differentiate between the 'M evolutions and regular Pokemon, I suggest using the sprites from the original Red and Green for Charizard and Nidorino, and the unrevived fossil sprites for Kabutops bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/File:Spr_3f_141_f.png and Aerodactly bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/File:Spr_3f_142_f.png. The most powerful 'M form would look like the generation one lavender town ghosts. bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Literal_ghost It would be like an ultimate or mega digimon, again depending on how strong you think it should be. 'M could be the result of the energies of forbidden Pokemon evolutions merging with that of data left over from digimon that were defeated in battle. They generally cause mindless destruction and only seek more data, though the most powerful form has enough control to keep them from fighting each other and directed them toward portals to attack the Digimon planet natives. Catching 'M forms in Pokeballs turns them into baby Kangaskhan archives.bulbagarden.net/wiki/File:Kanga_baby.jpg which will then act like normal Kangaskhan babies would and not be under the stronger 'M's control. Earth is sort of lacking in activity as well so parts of it could be haunted by ghosts bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Literal_ghost represented by the generation 3 lavender town ghost sprites and the picture of the floating skulls from the Pokemon cartoon/anime. Ghosts would be souls that refuse to pass on to the next life. They would tap into a primal fear that makes all Pokemon too scared to fight them except for Dark Types and Ghosts types. Digimon wouldn't be afraid either. Ghost type Pokemon could feed off of the ghost's energy to change their appearance and also become too terrifying for most Pokemon to fight, but doing this would put them under the real ghost's control. The ghost would be able to hide by possessing dead bodies and Digimon. Ghosts could stretch out their control by using ghosts they've taken command of to people, like the channelers that were possessed in Pokemon tower. Ghosts can not be caught in Pokeballs and have to be forced out of the living world by depleting their health. Things like the Sliph Scope could penetrate the ghost's illusions and letting Pokemon get over their fear to fight ghosts and ghost Pokemon affected by them.
