He's glad they're not beneath the waves, otherwise Terrier-er, Gummymon would be singing the song. He's quite surprise he didn't tried that back in their real digital world. Standing at the beach, Takato eyed the open ocean with bridges and docks over the water.

"Hello, Beauty..!? You mean, hello Beast!" He snapped.

With Gummimon on his head, he was reading through the rule book about Digivolution. "Hmm.... according to this... our Digimon must battle and absorb wild Digimon in order to Digivolve..."

"So you'll need to fight tons of enemies to get your partners to Digivolve?" Blue hummed, as he approached Takato and Henry...

...while his Eevee joined Guilmon by the water, looking at the sea with a curious expression.

"Kind-a like Rika's style... so Gummymon should only need one or two kills to digivolve."

"It would probably take a little more for a Rookie, naturally. The higher the level of experience, the more experience needed for the next level. This is an RPG sort of experience, after all."

Izanamimon approached, smiling...


As her partner hopped around happily near the water's edge.

Quite frankly, a Digimon acting as a tamer would seem rather odd.

"Does he have his own ship, Takatomon?"

Glancing at Izanamimon, Blue merely raised an eyebrow. "...hm." he hummed, before looking out to sea. "So, where do we go from here?"

Eevee glanced at Takato when Blue asked that question, wondering if he had an answer.

"Well..." Takato looked around the beach and stop at a shack, "There! Just like in Legend of Zelda. We'll just rent a boat or get us a fishing rod."

Izanamimon simply chuckled at Gummimon's supposedly insulting nickname for her. Quite an odd choice, to be frank, considering she's gotten a lot better about her mood as of late, since she and her 'husband' have made up.


Salamon pouted, looking up at Gummimon. "Aw, that's not very nice!"


She giggled a bit, before looking towards the shack that Takato pointed to. "Good idea."

In the meantime, they would see a small island floating down the ocean...yes...floating and sailing as well.

Blue was the first one to notice the island, as he blinked. "...huh." Then, he glanced at Takato. "Hey, maybe we oughta try finding a boat that'll get us to that island?"

Blinking, Eevee looked towards the island as well.

"Hmm... you maybe right." Takato nodded, looking around the beach and stop at the docks, a few wooden boats tied to land. "So... they free for the taking or do we rent?"

"Why get a boat...? I'm pretty sure neither one of you noticed that island is moving like boat!!!"

"Doesn't mean it'll come towards us..." He muttered, still looking through the book.

[Candescence]

"Well, that's something you don't see everyday," She noted, and then checked out the wooden boats. "Maybe they're free, and automatically 'respawn' when we take one out?"


"Yay! We're going on a boat trip!" She hopped into one of the wooden boats, wagging her tail excitedly.

BOOOOOOOM!!

And an explosion erupted from the island.

"The island went boom-ey!"

"I know that..." He grumbled. "I mean... WHY?!?"

Putting the book away, he took out his Digivice. "Be ready for anything..."

"Of course, something like this happens..." Blue muttered, as he motioned for Eevee to come to him.

Nodding, Eevee obliged, jumping onto Blue's shoulder.

"Ah, yes, stuff blowing up. How typical of video games."

Jumping onto one of the boats, Takato took off the ropes tied to the docks. "Guilmon, guys lets go!"
