In the room of Koushiro, the said boy was found in front of his desk and computer, as usual.
@izzy@ So much to go through...so much. With the D-Ears, Izzy can see what was going on with his friends, and with the data they got from Cyrus, he and Gennai can work on something that can get all Pokemon out of the Digital World...
...But...he found out that they have more than one Digital World. Izzy couldn't believe that there were other Digital Worlds out there. Sure, he believed in the multi dimensional theory, but he didn't think there were other Digital Worlds. This just made things difficult than they already are.
With the data, they can establish communication link to those worlds, but Izzy needed to know who to talk to. If he can find some type of authority for each Digital Worlds, then maybe...

Of course, speak of the devil (or think of him), and he shall come... Via a portal out of nowhere. A pair of figures were sent crashing out of Izzy's closet. A man in his fourties with brown hair, who could be mistaken for Marcus if he were twenty years younger, wearing a white shirt and jeans, and a lion cub-like Digimon. "Ugh... That could've gone better. What is with these portals and instant momentum? Honestly." The man groaned, getting to his feet. "That, I'll agree. Where are we no-Oh." The Digimon also got to his feet, but noticed Izzy first. "Uh... Suguru?" "What is it, Liollmon-Oh." Suguru was quick to notice Izzy as well, and laughed sheepishly. "Ah, are we intruding? Sorry, trying to figure out where exactly these damn portals go and where and when they appear is a nightmare. God knows where you'll end up." He then realised that a Digimon was with him. And he had no idea if this kid already knew about Digimon. If he didn't... That would be a tricky and awkward state of affairs. He looked at Liollmon, and then back at Izzy. "Oh, dear..."

@izzy@ "Wha WHA?!" startled, Izzy instantly leapt on his desk. "W-Who are...?! How did you get in my apartment?!"
@tentomon@ "Izzy!!!" hearing the shoutings, Tentomon flew inside the room, carrying fruits. It was a good thing his parents weren't home, or they go in a nervous wreck about some guy and a Digimon in their home.
"Uh...stay back!!" Tentomon warned, dropping the fruits. "I know Digi-fu!!"

Liollmon was bemused by Tentomon's entry and... 'Threat'. "And Suguru here can beat up Mega-level Digimon with his fists. We can play this game too." Suguru blinked at Tentomon, then looked at Izzy, and... Laughed happily. He was quite relieved. "Ah, you're a Tamer as well! Excellent! Looks like we're getting somewhere. I'm Professor Suguru Damon, though some people call me 'Spencer', and this is my partner, Liollmon. I guess you could call me one of the leading experts on Digimon, and Digisoul theory. We just came in through a random portal that... Well, was apparently linked to your closet. I'm investigating the disappearences of a couple of friends of mine... And my daughter." Liollmon bowed momentarilly. "Greetings. As well, strange Digimon have been appearing in the Digital World and the real world. Suguru and I know the disappearences and these strange Digimon are linked somehow, and we're investigating."

@izzy@ "Eh?" Some of what he said confused Izzy, like being called a Tamer, but... "You're his partner? But..." shaking his head, Izzy figured this man must had been a DigiDestined for a long time. He thought that adults can't be DigiDestined. "Never mind..." dismounting off his desk, "It's okay, Tentomon. He's a DigiDestined."
@tentomon@ "Oh good..." he sighed in relief. Cuz I don't know Digi-fu.
@izzy@ "I'm Koushiro Izumi, or Izzy for short, and this is my partner Tentomon." placing his hands on his hips. "So...you're a professor on Digimon?" It's safe to assume this man was from another dimension. In Izzy's world, Digimon, in the eyes of the regular public, were VERY mixed. Lots of anti groups been popping around; some thinking the Digimon brainwashed the DigiDestined to work for them.

Suguru nodded to Izzy. "I suppose you could call me that. I've been studying Digimon for a good 15 years, ten of those years staying in the Digital World itself." He pulled out his Digivice Burst, showing it to Izzy. "I also created the Digivice iC and Digivice Burst." He used his other hand to show his Digisoul, the orangey-yellow aura flowing out of his arm. "And I've mastered my Digisoul as well." Liollmon raised an eyebrow at the mention of 'DigiDestined'. "DigiDestined? Is that the term you use for tamers? We've never heard that term before." "Hmm. In any case, it's a pleasure to meet you both."

@izzy@ "Hm," seeing the sight of a new Digivice brought such goosebumps. He couldn't help but snatch the digivice to study it. "Prodigious!! The basic layout seems simple enough...hmm...I wonder what the scanner lens is for..."
@tentomon@ "Oh no...he's like a kid in a candy store again..."

Suguru chuckled at Izzy's curiosity. He couldn't really blame him. He heard the mention of the scanning lens. "I could always provide you with the data and blueprints for it, you know. As for the scanning lens..." He took back the Digivice, and held his Digisoul-flowing hand over it. "It's an input for Digisoul, which helps a tamer send their Digisoul to their partner. Observe!" He slowly moved his hand over the scanning lens. "Digisoul charge... OVERDRIVE!" Liollmon began to glow. He was digivolving! "Liollmon, warp digivolve to..." And in a flash, a muscle-bound figure similar to Leomon stood next to Suguru, arms crossed. "BanchoLeomon!" "And that's merely going to Mega... Just wait until you see Burst Mode." Suguru chuckled.

@izzy@ "Prodigious!" he wondered what type of power he had that allowed him to reach Mega. With DigiDestined, they need an outside power to reach past Champion, like crests, digicores, or fusing with another Digimon. However...
"Hm...I have heard about this Digi-soul through my studies. A friend of mine told me about it," Yes, Gennai had heard rumors of this Digi-soul; a theory that it is the true energy of what makes Digimon Digivolve. Izzy planned on studying it to help his friends Digivolve without the need of outside power.
No no...first, the task at hand. "Uh, that's really nice, but the situation...I believe you say you're trying to discover the location of the missing Digimon. Well, apparently, they're in a different world, called Pokearth, homed of creatures similar to Digimon, but organic."

Suguru listened as Izzy explained that he had indeed heard of Digisoul, but only from a friend. But then the subject changed back to the task at hand. Suguru rubbed his chin. "Yes... Perhaps my daughter and her friends are there too. Maybe even..." He grinned. "Maybe Marcus is there too. I wonder how much he's improved on his manliness." BanchoLeomon nodded. "So that is our destination. But... Creatures similar to Digimon, but organic, you say? Those are the new creatures appearing, I believe? That explains that as well." Suguru crossed his arms. "Please, Izzy, elaborate on what you know about the situation."

@izzy@ "Uh..."
Because I'm too lazy... A few moment later, Izzy explained pretty much what was happening...while Tentomon just sat back, enjoying fruit.
@izzy@ "...and right now, I'm hoping to find any type of authoritative force on each Digital World and see if we can set up a network so we can work on solving this problem."

"Well, it looks like you're in luck, my friend, because I guess I'm one of said 'authority figures'. On my world, there is no scientist who understands Digimon better than I do." Suguru extended his hand to handshake with Izzy. "Let's work together to end this crisis!" Meanwhile, BanchoLeomon was nicking bits of Tentomon's fruit.

@izzy@ "Uh..." Seriously, he expected this kind of behavior from Tai, or Davis...or sometimes Kari. Heh, a family thing... "Well sir, I was hoping to figure out a way to draw all the Pokemon (that's what they're called) back to their worlds in well full swoop. Everyone is at the new world, since many evil Digimon are causing mischief there, so that leaves only me to figure out the multiple Digital World problem."

Suguru tapped his chin, as Izzy explained the multiple Digital World problem. "Yes, that is a conumdrum. And the impression I get right now is that there's no reliable method for mass transport between any of the alternate worlds. How to solve this problem, that's going to be tricky..." His mind raced back to DATS, and the device that they had used to transport both humans and Digimon to the Digital World. He snapped his fingers. "I think I might have an idea. Back on my world, there's a device called the 'Digital Dive' which is used to transport both humans and Digimon to the Digital World. With some modifications, we might be able to use that technology as a basis for a mass inter-world teleportation system."

@izzy@ "Device?" Looks like these people used a crude method of Digi-World transport. Does that mean...? "Wait, your digivices can't open Digi-Ports?"

Suguru blinked. Digi-Ports? This was news to him. "I have no idea, because until now, I wasn't aware of such a thing. Digi-Ports, eh...? That might explain how some 'wild' Digimon can go between worlds. The Digital Dive was the only consistently reliable human-developed transport system between the worlds developed so far, to my knowledge. There is another method, the Space-Time Oscillation Bomb, but that's an extremely crude method, and it even damages the 'frabric' between the worlds. I wouldn't touch it with a ten-foot-pole."

@izzy@ Just as he thought. Still, this Digital Dive seem pretty limited, if you're somewhere far from it, and need to get to the Digital World in an emergency. "Well, Digi-Ports are computer programs that serve as gateways to the Digital World. Original Digivices," Showing his little white digivice, which looks like a tiny giga-pet device, "Such as this, cannot perform this function, although once a Digi-Port is opened by a D-3, an upgraded version, holders can still traverse the dimensional gap."
Turning to his computer, he typed on the keyboard to bring up the black-n-white version of the Digi-Port.
"However, I was able to create a program, mimicking the Digi-Port's functions, so even old-models can open them. But it's only installed on my computer..."

Suguru nodded, observing the program in front of him. "Ah, I see. Yes, I can see how this can be more effective than the Digital Dive. It's served you well so far, but... For this conundrum, you need something that can transport between worlds that are not linked like the real world and Digital World are, say, between two of the Earths, or between two alternate Digital Worlds. It might be possible with Digi-Ports, if we work on the code to extend their capabilities. But I still think we should keep the Digital Dive in consideration... Hmm." He remembered one more thing. "There's another device I haven't mentioned that might also work. Two friends of mine, the Noguchis, once worked on a prototype portal device that somehow managed to connect with the Digital World. But, as I mentioned, it was a prototype they never really finished, though it does at least work. If both the Digi-Ports and the Digital Dive don't work, that could be a possible backup solution as well."

@izzy@ "Yes, actually, a friend of mine, named Gennai, was working on a way to transverse to other Earths. We've obtained data from a rather corrupt man from the other world that was the cause of this disaster, and Gennai is trying to use that data to our advantage."

"Excellent!" Suguru rubbed his hands together. He was certainly excited by this development. "That makes things a lot easier. First things first, we can't develop a mass transporter without a reliable method to transport between the alternate worlds, but at least we're on the right track. But as well, we need to implement compatibility with all the Digivice models that we encounter. Izzy, mind if I examine the source code for your Digi-Port program?"
