The huge region of Orre... through the dusty sands...  "...can we stop for a moment, please...?"  "...fine." Takeru, known to his friends as TK, was going through the Orre region with his Digimon to deal with unsettling problems... He was riding on his main Digimon, Pegasusmon. They were coming close to a huge gasoline stand in a desolate desert... As he landed, he looked at it curiously. "What's this place...?" Climbing off his partner's back, the 14-year old took out his D-Terminal and looked through it. The D-Terminals have been given maps of Pokearth now... "Outskirt Stand..." @pegasusmon@ "...and they have refueling stations here too?" He asked curiously. "...yeah." He didn't care about that... as he pocketed his D-Terminal away, he sighed... feeling so uneasy... |

Inside the diner, the bartender was whipping a glass mug. Tilting an eye up, he looked back down. "So what brings one of the Digidestined to these here parts?"
Though right behind T.K., the man notice two men wearing robes over themselves enter. Not unusual clothing here in Orre, usually to protect themselves from the heat.
"Ugh, how much longer till we get to this Colosseum?"
"Not much... just a few more hours."
"Ugh, well I can't stand the heat!"
"Shut and lets get something to eat!"

One of the robed man gave an uneasy glance to the digimon, while the other grumbled. Such behavior isn't surprising on Pokearth with digimon everywhere.
"We'll have two of the special, hold the pickles and some root beer."
The barkeep nodded and got cooking at the grill, taking a glance at T.K. "As for you kid?"
"One of the Digidestined is here, man!"
"Just shut up! We'll eat our lunch and then go our way."
"Good... I really don't want to stay in this place any longer." He wasn't referring to the gas station though.

The man nodded, and placed a bottle on the counter. He then placed a plate of burgers and friends with cups before the cloaked men, "That'll be 2500 PokeDollars."
The serious man paid for the food and pulled his partner to a booth.
"By the way, did you check the equipment?"
"Equipment? Of course! Think I'm some kind of idiot?"
"..."
"Please don't answer that... please."

Two Digidestined? This was getting annoying.

"Uh? But-but I haven't even finished my meal-"
"Put it in a doggie bag then!" Pulling his partner up, he placed the remains of the plates on the counter, "Sorry, we're on a hurry. Can you get us some trays for these?"
"Uh-sure." The bartender said, looking through the cupboards.

He trailed off... the unsettling feelings... was about Kari? Could it be...?

@sorata@ "Whatev..." she grumbled, chugging the rest of her soda. Today was not a very good day, since evidence of the Digimon who took her father was all around. Those rifts....every time she sees them, it felt like they were laughing at her loss.

The other replied, looking under the tarp of the trunk, "The cargo looks okay. Lets get to the colosseum now." "Hey, since two of the Digidestined are here... do you think we'd be in a promotion if we, well deal with them right away?" The other looks at the cargo, and then at the dinner, "For once... He drank his water, thinking about this... Remembering what Sorata showed him that day two years ago, the older TK had feelings for Kari... yet, had huge hatred for darkness... Kari also had feelings for TK and she made the first move by kissing TK... yet, the relationship afterwards was... complicated... while Kari was still herself, TK was... afterwards... a nervous wreck and a jerk. And in the end... when that day happened... consumed by his hatred and Koichi was ill from that virus... my alternate accidently pushed the alternate Kari into that portal... He grits his teeth. ...and tried to kill himself, but ending up as a permenant Digimon... inside Seraphimon...It sounds scary, but... to the TK here... it looks like history is gonna repeat itself... But, there were major differences... The alternate Davis still had feelings for Kari... still loved her... And during when Kari kissed the alternate TK was due to Sora still dating Matt... Here... Matt and Sora have broken up, but remained best friends... and while Matt might have a date or not... Sora is going out with Tai... And the biggest shock of all... was that Davis' feelings for Kari... has matured!!! H-H-H-H-H-He.... I wonder how long we passed out from shock... and how long Marcus and the others were laughing at our reactions to Davis' news... He smiled dryly. Tai... Davis... Marcus... It didn't help they went missing... because of those rifts... "...Sorata... have you heard the news about Tai...?" He asked, wondering if she knows or not... @pegasusmon@ His ears twitched as he heard the talks between the two. ...yep, troublemakers. Better be prepared... |

And they would have another visitor; someone who looked like TK's friend back two years ago, but...retaining some of her old look, like her helmet and goggles and scarf. She also wore a different wardrobe.
