Nightmare Forest: Return To An Old Kingdom

On the continent of Folder, a dark wasteland and forest haunts the land, with a small town nearby. Up on a mountain, a secluded castle slowly crumbles as it overlooks the nightmarish world, unused... till today.

"Well, despite that minor-set back ith Mis. Hongo, I do say I got an enjoyment from that battle." Shinji chuckled, stting in a rusted cair as h fills himself with meat he retrieve, how he long for food. Being in limbo, he never did got hungry, but eating did fullfill an enjoyment.

Sitting near an old wall, Omnimon X rested, "Do you still inten on destroying this universe?"

"Perhaps..." Shinji cleaned his mouth before standing up, "Though we have to make sure Ms. Hongo and little Mari are out of this realm, they already have your ability stored and could cancel it out. For now... lets make the best of this world."

At the foot of the forest, a small demonic imp with fang like a vampire stared at the evil land, it felt more home to him than ever now.


"Vamde... why are we here?" His partner asked, she was getting the chills just by looking at the forest. It was straight from a horror movie or a classic fairy tale, before they kiddified them.

"...like, where are we now?" Mari hummed, as she glanced around her with a curious look.

"Definitely not in the desert, that's for sure." Ojo mused.

"Think we'll, like, find some hunks around here?"

"Hopefully someone who doesn't wanna destroy the world!"

Both of them laughed at that.

"Vamde... lets leave, who knows what could jump out in here!"

"Tst, nothing I can't handle." The demon mused, and stopped.

"...Victims!" The vampire grinned.

As the two walked through the forest, Mari kept whistling a small tune.

"...so, where do you think that Shinji vanished to?"

"Like, who knows? Though if we spot Neo, we should, like, tell him about that."

"VAMDE!" The girl scolded, climbing through the bushes.

"...Vamde?" Mari hummed, as she rubbed his chin. "...oh, wait, Vamde! I remember! Daemon had, like, a chump like that in his army!"

"Didn't Taichi fry him twice?"

"Yeah! Like, I remember it because he did it after we fought him, Ojo!"

"...so, wait, that little guy's Vamde?"

On his knees on the ground, Vamde snarled, clenching his claws upon every word... how he was defeated and now regressed to such a small form.


Then the girl grabbed him like a teddy bear, you could see the snarls in the little imp, "Taichi? You mean, like that kid with the Omnimon?" How could she forget the name of one of the Legendary children who fought on the internet and at Rainbow Bridge, there's like no one who doesn't know their names.

"Hm? Oh, no, wrong Taichi!" Mari laughed. "Like, he's a friend of ours!"

"He's got this Digimon called Zero, not an Agumon like on the show."

"It's, like, easy to make mistakes, you see!" Mari said with a giggle.

"Oh I see..." Chibi nodded, then tilted her head, "Show?"

"Well... speak of the devil." Shinji stood at the castle's balcony and overlooked the dark 'kingdom' and spotted Mari and her Digimon, two of the very ones who could stop this world's end.

"...like... you don't know the show?" Mari uttered with an raised eyebrow. "...then... like, how do you know about Tai?"

"Oh I don't know Tai, I just heard about him. I mean he did help save the world like what, many times? He's one of the two partners to the Internet Warrior Omnimon, who could forget that battle?"

Of course when he explored the girl's world, he learned of multiple realities... but she just had to expose. But then again... it maybe use to his advantage.

"...well, like, that battle was really awesome, wasn't it?" Mari said with a laugh. "I mean, he just blasted those critters to pieces! It was, like, totally the best!"

Right above them, the castle exploded and Omnimon X rose into the sky, revealing his blade.

"Great; we got him to worry about, now!" Ojo hissed.

Quickly, Mari glanced at Chibi. "Listen, I know it's an Omnimon, but, like, he's not nice at all! He could, like, destroy the entire world if he wants to!"

"And with his tamer, he's more than likely to do it!"

"Like digivolving will help?" Shinji scuffed, Omnimon X slowly land on the ground before them. Turning to Mari, "So... still on intending to save this world?"

"...like, it's not like I've found a way home, Shinji." Mari said, before she glanced back at Shinji with a cold stare. "...but since you're still around, I can't let you go around unchecked."

Shinji reconized the digivice, and ignored the girl. "How about this Ms. Mari... obvously I can slide through worlds just as I could destroy them. If I let you pass into another universe, I will leave you be."
