@casualjenny@ Gasping, she flinched when a electric beam shoved Starmie right past her. It smashed right into a building, before an explosion erupted from the roof.

"Uh...which is not gonna be easy."

@darkred@ A dark stare he gave to Garchomp before turning back to the police...who all hid behind their cars, aiming their guns at him. If Thomas should know, this state Red is in wasn't that strong, and Thomas' words were starting to calm him...

"Recall your Pokemon and get on the ground!!!"

@darkred@ "..." Though it doesn't mean it can last.

@ivysaur@@espeon@ Suddenly, Espeon and Ivysaur ported between the cops and their trainer. The moment the police were startled by the sudden appearance, Ivysaur's bulb flower blasted a blue smoke of pollen.

@charizard@ At the next second, Charizard gave a hard flap with his wings, blowing the pollen at the cops. The police instantly dropped on the ground, asleep.

"Well, it's the only way we can be ensured that he's not gonna level all of Veilstone." Cynthia muttered, before she rubbed her chin. "...he's the former champ of Kanto, wasn't he? Officer, follow my lead, and when the time is right, let your Chatot do the rest." Then, she suddenly pointed her hand right at Red, a confident smirk on her face. "Hey, champ! You're a Pokémon trainer, right? Then I challenge you to a Pokémon match!"

He picked himself up, blinking in shock. "What in the...?"



"Koichi, it's time for us to leave while we still can! Grab those two and head outside!"



"Got it!" He came down, grabbing Gatomon and Hawkmon. "We're leaving..."



"Of course..." He pointed in a direction. "That way!"



"OK!" And jumped to a building, jumping across it...



"Sir, we should go to while we still have a chance!"



"Wait..." He glanced at Cynthia. "Lemme try this..."

He turned to the former Pokemon champion. "It's over now, Red! Let them live... they can pay for their crimes in a different way! It doesn't mean death... let's just leave Veilstone and regroup with the others! Come on!"




"WHOOOOOOOOA!!!" He crashed on the grass, groaning. "Ugh... we're... outside...?"

He glanced around. "How the heck did we came outside?!"



"Ruh!" He stood on a boulder, calling out to someone...



"Lucario! What is it?" He came into view and gasped. "Marcus! Everyone!"



They were following him, with Torterra and Blastoise back in their Pokeballs...



"How did you escape?!"



"No idea... but if that worked for me... then how about working for Thomas, Jenny and Red! They're still behind there!"




He soon landed near the small group, placing them on the ground. "There..." He glanced at the walls, clenching his fists. "Corruption... I really despise it..."



He flapped over to Yolei, looking exhaused. "I'm terribly sorry, Yolei... As Silphymon, we attacked a blue creature and he defeated us with an odd attack... thanks to this lion Digimon, we were able to escape but... there's still three trainers and a Digidestined in there..."

@darkred@ "..." He was beginning to to remember the last time he was like this. Sure, he didn't hurt anybody like he tried to now, but he did scared a lot of people who seen him like this; Blue, Green, Brock...even Misty. But all he did was look intimidating...this was worse...

"..." Lowering his head, Red held out his poke-balls between his fingers, recalling all his Pokemon...

@pikachu@ Except for Pikachu, whose dark influences washed away from him. His ears perked, puzzled about what happened. "Pika?" Glancing back, he saw his trainer's eyes glowing blood red. Oh no...not again...

Suddenly, a helicopter fluttered to the scene, circling around the area. It was a media copter, which was capturing the group on film, including the boy that stood in front of the flaming police cars.

@casualjenny@ "Okay...looks like he stopped..." Looking at her right, she can see the media copter. "But we better go before we're on hit-list show."

"Ok, exactly what just went on there?"

"I don't know... the cops in this city was after us, and then Red came and saved us, but... he was really weird."

He glanced at the copter. "I'm hoping that with Gaogamon's presence, it'll be scrambling the picture data.... but, you're right... this is going to make our mission much more difficult now..."

"Red!" He called out. "Ma'am! Get on Gaogamon! Quick!"

"Mew?!" He gasped. "The Legendary Pokemon Mew?! How did you-"

"Never mind about that..." He groaned. "We still gotta get Thomas and the others out of there!"

He grunted. "Hold on... I'll go back and find them..."

"MEW!" But before Thomas and the others, Mew appeared and look at the team. Glowing, she sucked up Gaogomon, Thomas, Jenny, Red, Pikachu, Cynthia and any of the remaining pokemon in a teleport, leaving only the cops in the street.

That was when she realized something, which made her turn away from the group. Shoot... Rowan may still be waiting for me at Oreburgh... I ought to contact him.

Police cars barricaded every corner of the street, between the flaming cars...though the culprits clearly vanished. As the police looked and surveyed the area, one cop, who was the sergeant walked over the the Pokemon Center...

@joy@ Where Nurse Joy slowly walked out, afraid the madness will explode again if she steps out.
