Here's what the final battle for Shin would have been like

After countless hours, perhaps even a couple of days, victors of the other four servers have finally been picked out. All their collected crest have opened a gateway to the final server, unlike the virtual digital worlds or pokearth, this area seems neutral.



Outer space... they were literally in outer space, with no need for an air-tank or space suit. They don't need even any floor as they just floated around or walked on nothing at all even.

"Cool!" Yellow said, she was one of the many who didn't win, but one of the few of those who let herself watch the finals.

"Yeah... impressive." Misty said, though it did make her worried on if she might get stuck floating forever.

Along with those watching was Domino, no longer needing an avatar since her 'partner' exposed her identity. She would leave, but she wants to see how that brat fair.

On this server's 'capital' was Shin, he stood on the metal floor his arms crossed,

While his teammate, a girl who tormented through the whole game, giggled right behind him.

He tried his best to put her out of his mind. Right now he's focusing on crushing his opponents... the two who have humiliated him. He knew they'll make it to the finals, and he had it arranged for them to fight him in these games too.

...well, Shin wouldn't exactly be fighting the same opponent he had imagined. "...ready for this, Agumon?"

Humming, Tai simply glanced ahead as he waited for his tag partner to arrive.

Being one of those who didn't get to the finals, Makoto simply observed this neutral space with wide eyes. "...wow..."



"This is gonna be quite the match-up..."



"You can say that again..."

Yes, quite a lot of people were gathered for the finals; waiting to see whoever would come out on top.

"It's been a rough battle..." He admits from Tai's DigiFarm... "But, at least I know I'll lend you and Agumon a hand!!"





She sighed beside Makoto. "Too bad we didn't made it in time..."



"I wonder who the Digimon Users and Pokemon Trainers are that reached the finals..." He wondered.



"I cannot wait to see this!" She grinned.

Brings up her Xros Loader, "Oh Daddy, when we get home, can I harvest some human's skin for a new bed sheet? I think my old is started to smell nice after Lovrina cleaned my room."

Standing outside the transporter room the four and their digimon are in, Taichi watches with anticipation. He so wanted to be the one fighting Shin... but that idiot thinks the other Tai was the one who fought him. Sides, he came here to save his sister... which thankfully he and Davis managed to do.

Floating a down to them was a Guidemon. "You all have 2 minutes to prepare for the battle before we transport you all to the arena. This is a 3-on-3 battle, one member has two mons and the other with only one. Fusion-style evolution are allowed and is not affected by the limit."

"Hmph... Desmon is always ready."

Grinning, she held up her Xros Loader. "Daddy! Auntie Frosty (Ice Devimon)! DIGIXROS! Uncle Eddy (Etemon)! Philly (Phelesmon)! DIGIXROS!"

As he was brought out of the Xros Loader, Myotismon found his cape replaced with a pair of demonic, white wings, and a mark of evil shone ominously on his chest. "Xros Up! Myotismon!"



Glancing at his Digi-Farm, Tai simply nodded, before he glanced at Ken. "...I'll fight with one Digimon. You can use two." With that, he held his Digivice up, as it shone.

Burning brightly, Agumon closed his eyes...



...and wordlessly, he had Warp Digivolved to WarGreymon.

And in another flash...



...wordlessly yet again, Tai had merged WarGreymon with MetalGarurumon to form Omnimon.



Smirking, Myotismon seemed to exude a cold aura as he witnessed this. "Well, now... going all-out already? How bold."

"Get this into your ego-filled head, Myostismon..." He said, patting his chest with his MetalGarurumon hand. "Exalted Knight... whom is a Vaccine, Holy Knight..."

He pointed at Myotismon. "...vs two demon Digimon... I hope you can withstand the holy blade we're about to drive through you..."




Most of the Digidestined, Tamers and others watched with silence... baited breath... or in Sigma's Digimon's case... boredom...

Oh yeah...



"DEMONS!!! I SHALL SMITE THEM!!!"



"NO!!!" He snapped, holding him down...



He sighed, shaking his head...



"So, who hates Kazu enough to give him a Digimon he really wants, but small, Mega Ver.1 and acts like Buzz Lightyear?"



"Everyone...?"



"Oh, bloody hell..."



Pokemon Trainers with their main Pokemon watched too...



"I wonder which trainers reached the final..."



"Typh..."

And Etemon came out, sporting a leather jacket that looked to have a devil design. It also came with devil wings on his back. "Ladies and gentlemen, the king of rock n roll has returned! Uhhh huuuuh!!!"

And he made a loud guitar noise.


"Right!!" Holding out his Digi-Farm...

His gray Shoutmon shot out from a beam of light. He held up a sign -So this is it?-

"You bet!" Firing a beam at Bun, "Digi-Armor Energize!!"

"BUNOMON ARMOR DIGIVOLVE TOOO!!" he cried, imprisoned in an energy egg.

But he busted out in a new form. "RAIDRAMON, THE STORM OF FRIENDSHIP!!"

"BEGIN TRANSPORT!" The digimon said, and the two four humans and their digimon vanished from the station.

And then find themselves on a planet filled with fire. No, it clearly was a star. The humans would be floating above the flames, protected in barriers around themselves. The digimon, floating too, have no need to have such protection from the virtual suns' heat.

"Like it? The sun, the center of our very own solar system. We may never get to be on the real one, of course. But I figure, the most important body in our solar system would be fitting for our final battle.

"Its like we're standing on the real plains of hell... only without the sweetness of the torture screams." Dru chuckled, tilting her head to the side. "Till you all start."

With a simple motion, Omnimon aimed the Garuru Cannon at their opponents.



Cracking a cold smirk, Myotismon crossed his arms. "...this will be amusing."



Narrowing his eyes, Tai glanced at Ken. "...I'll handle Desmon. You take care of Myotismon and Etemon."

It's kinda odd that Tai is sticking with Kentarou... and they're in the finals against Shin... it's almost as if... it was... set up...
