Eri thought for a moment, then snapped her fingers, recalling a way to get the group straight to the Lab with plenty of room, no chance of getting lost, and no need to take a favor from her father. "I've got a better idea- there's an old subway train behind Under Colosseum that the Cipher syndicate used to transport stolen Pokémon. If we rip out the cages we'll have plenty of room, and get straight to the lab, hopefully in an area they won't be expecting us," she explained.
"I hot-wired that thing at least a dozen times when I was in high school, if you guys are fine with it then let's get going," she said as she let her Gliscor, Chessy, out of his ball, walking towards the middle of Pyrite Town. They had plenty of flying 'mons, so they could take the "fun" entrance to the Under...

@jp@ "Uh huh..." yes, it was hopeless. No boy could resist a cute girl's charm, even if he knew she was toying with him.

@rui@ "She not going to stop, so she might as well come." She sighed, "Sides, she doesn't seem bad."
@zero@ "How can you tell?"
@rui@ She gave Zero a friendly grin. "I know how a person's heart is."

@aster@ "Guess you're right, I mean, what's the worst that could happen? Well......" Aster immediately regretted the words he was saying as a whole bunch of thoughts of what could go wrong started going into his mind.

@green@
She turned to Eri. "Forget it... aren't you aware that the Under no longer exists? After the events of the first Cipher caper, the people in The Under moved above ground AND filled up the city!"
@ken@
"So, we can't go in?"
@green@
"Nope... if we go underneath there, we might drown in dirt or concret, whatever they used to cover the underground town in."
@stingmon@
"So much for a sneaky plan..."

"Oh right, I keep forgetting that home's not there anymore," Eri said, sounding somewhat sad, but hiding it well. She'd been a citizen of the Under for forever, and after heading out to train for a few years, came back to find it closed off. That certainly explained why...
"Guess it's back to dad and the hover-vehicles, I know he's still around here somewhere. Think a semi'd be enough?" she asked, trying to provide a working idea again. She missed that train now. It had been fun making it zoom her under the desert, especially since she never even saw the keys...

@jp@ "Uh..." recovering from Green's 'attack', JP scratched his head. Yes, he was kinda annoyed at that little trick of hers, but he knew he stood no match to her charms, so why bother. He's still keeping an eye on her. "Semis are trucks, right?"

@stingmon@
"Does that mean there's going to be a hover truck?"
@green@
"THAT will be interesting..." She muttered.

Eri nodded and pulled out her P*DA, typed up her father's number and sent him the message, though for some reason she frowned the entire time. Within a minute she got a reply, the little machine buzzing until she answered it, sent a reply to the returned message, and instantaneously got another reply.
"He'll be here in about ten minutes, with the truck. If you're worried about stares then we can wait in the alley over there," Eri said tiredly- her father was...eccentric, and she didn't like having to text him or speak with him for that matter. What she hated most about him, however, was the thing he'd demanded in return for the use of the hover-semi...
She stepped into the alley as a group of trainers zipped by on their jeep, the small vehicle using air-jets set into it's base to keep it off the ground. The sand of the Orre Region was murder on wheeled vehicles, so the country had moved on to hovercraft, but these had honestly horrible battery life, and needed to re-charge whenever they weren't in use. The truck Eri's father was bringing was the heaviest kind, and it had the jagged-edged wheels that were still used as stabilizers in some vehicles, especially motorcycles and heavy trucks- these would allow it to better support itself and move faster, but all the wheels would need to be cleaned before and after pretty much every single use...

@jp@ "Whooooooaaa!!!" With awed eyes, JP knelt down to see the blowing hover units at work. "You mean you guys know how to make hover cars?! AWESOME!!!!!" Then this place must be like the future, for in his world, people keep promising hover cars, and it never happens.

His eyes widened. "Hover cars... that is..."
@stingmon@
"OK... NOW I'm impressed..." He muttered.

@rui@ "I'm guessing you guys don't have such technology where you guys come from."
@zero@ "I don't thin Taichi ever told us about the real world's vehicles much before."
