"Hello?" Came a voice Yamaki was trying to contact. "So these are the cartoon characters we should be discussing with?" The man in office inquired. Digimon and other universes are one thing he can handle, but the concept of anime being real seems far-fetched. "Leaves the questions of physics for another time." The woman said, "We're all busy with the exception of Golf-boy and this better be worth my time."

@yamaki@ "You discussed before that you wanted the Tamers to be in direct labor with Hypnos. However, besides overprotected parents, resources to set a strong Digimon-authority project were limited. That's where DATS come in. I'm sure you know what they're capable of from the TV show."
"Hey hey, before we get down to all the arguing and stuff, do you have that Digimon turtle with you? I always loved that little guy."
The man in the limo facepalmed at the golf official's ignorance.

"Uh... y-yes..." He said, blinking in confusion. He has Kamemon in his Digivice so he wouldn't get lost in a new, strange building... and not to upset Yamaki in case the little guy would make tea and carry it around...

"How he got this job, I'll never know..." The woman shook her head.
"I'm not a child Yamaki, I don't have time watching fictional TV programs. I have my assistant keep an eye on the show however to make sure no important details of reality are leaked." The man stated.
"Besides the obvious of it being a 'fictional' counterpart of Hypnos only with Tamers as members, they have the military's policy of drafting; The only way the public could have a digimon is if they are apart of DATS, while any others have their memory erased of the events while the digimon is return to the real world." The woman stated, earning her a glance from the man, "I have kids... course like you said Yamaki, even if we do have these kids under our control, like in this DATS, what do you say about their parents? Also, according to reports there has been more Tamers showing up around Japan than just the ones you have known before the D-Reaper event."

"Allow me to answer that question, ma'am." He spoke up. From his time with DATS, he knew how to answer this. "From my experience, as long as the parents are well-informed of the nature of being a tamer and their child's role as a member of DATS, as well as the potential risks, they can be quite reasonable, quite often even supportive, and depending on their child's age... Their opinions on the matter differ from parent to parent, of course... But in short, parents shouldn't be much of a problem, I believe."

"Otherwise, we would've had sheer difficulty defeating the D-Reaper if their parents got involved."

"As I've said Yamaki, there are more tamers appearing left and right besides the one you have (which I recall, even some of their parents are still concern for their kids). Even if your lucky to get some of these kids under control, what about the ones that don't? What if a parent instead refuses and has their child to wreck havoc and rob a bank with a 20-foot Agumon?"
"...Isn't he just the size of a child?" The man asked.
"Watch the first movie..."

"A 20-Foot Agumon...?" He repeated in disbelief. He shook his head. "N-Never mind..."

"Then surely the threat of superior force and the law will keep them under control. Part of DATS' duty is to prevent crimes caused by Digimon and tamers. Tamers and their parents are certainly still subject to the full force of the law." He replied. "And, of course, there is memory erasure... If it must come to that."

"My thought exactly. That's pretty much one of the reasons for my idea. If there are Tamers popping up all over, then there should be a law enforcement, specializing in Digimon, to keep them in line. It's really quite elementary if put your minds to it."

"So its the 'join us or die-method', so to speak." The man stated in a cold voice. "Considering the situation we have, you might be getting your way Yamaki. But I want to hear results. I don't want to get reports that another giant pig is destroying the city."

A giant...? Actually, on second thoughts, best not to ask. "Oh, you will get results, I will make sure of it."

"Especially since we were considering the Desmon project to be approved."
@yamaki@ "Do you really want a bunch of zombie Digimon in the hands of low-paid police?! And I ask that is because anything the police has, punk kids can easily get. The difference between Desmon, and Digivices is that Digivices are given by higher gods," Glancing at the commanders, "And in this case, DATS."

"We've seen firsthand what Desmon is and currently, we can see it should never been created in the first place. If you've seen Desmon upclose, you'll see that it will be the biggest mistake to approve this project..."

"I have seen Desmon, sir," The man says that without respect, "And frankly, I seem interest in its copying-trait. What I have heard from that destruction just earlier, the biggest threat there was a purple knight-like monster, not one of Desmon's forms. And those Gods you speak of Yamaki, some of them even tried to destroyed humanity, or have you forgotten? And like you just said again, punks in the street could get Desmon, but what about these Digivices from DATS?"

"The purple knight-like monster was an accident caused by anger. The one responsible has already been reprimanded. Digimon are affected by human emotions, both positive and negative. Also, from what I hear, the copying ability, while it does sound useful, Desmon has been defeated repeatedly - hardly reliable." Satsuma took a breath, and continued his argument. "Yggdrasil is not involved, not properly, anyway. Its far more benevolent aspect, Norun, has taken its place. As for any other Gods that may or may not have tried to destroy humanity, I am not aware." And lastly, the Digivices... "Digivices are electronic devices that are only issued with discretion. Digivices that are being used illegally could possibly be disabled remotely. Of course, as mentioned, if that option does not work or is not feasible, DATS will have the authority to arrest those who have such Digivices illegally."

"Besides, gods also helped us defeat the D-Reaper, incase you forgotten." Yes. They were the ones that helped the Tamers Bio-Merge in the real world. Pacing around, "And as for such emotional issues, each member of DATS should mandatory takes marital arts and/or therapy to keep in check of their emotions in battle."

The man was silent for a moment, "Display Video-246X" He ordered. These images were given to them by a mysterious email, but it might have been the Jousaki family or another group. While two are from the anime, the others are unknown besides being from the digital world... perhaps the nature of the world could have recorded it. While he would go on and have them be studied, he felt this should be presented at the moment. And on screen were different images of past goggleheads and a boy. "Going to take a lot of therapy to control them. Its countless, and troublesome, considering the one you are most familiar with just created a monster that could destroy both worlds! As for Desmon's record, that was only counted for one, we are expecting greater in numbers and depending on the monster it has collected.""As for the Gods, they only helped us against a common enemy. If not them, there might be other digimon going against humanity." The woman stated, "Though you should also known, that we aren't just depending on the Desmon... I believe a representative of the Jousaki Corp. has introduced us to a new breed of monster showing up."

"You may find it's copying trait interesting, but I hardly doubt the police or the public would feel safe with Desmon about." He pointed out. "Did you know that whenever Desmon takes on another apperance of another Digimon, like an Angemon for example, it'll take on an apperance of a zombified angel... that's hardly going to make anyone feel safe..." After witnessing the scenes... he growled softly... @yushima@ "...yes, well... no one is perfect..." He muttered. "But, you're right... there are a new breed of monsters... they're called Pokemon. It is another world where humans live with them. I'm afraid to say that Shin was there and had his Desmon attack a few of them when they didn't do anything to him..."
